| Weifang Jinli Foundry which lies in Fangzi district of Weifang, China, was established in 1990 with the assets of 38.2 million. The foundry has a staff of 181 including 21engineers and technicians and covers 20,000 square meters consisting of 2,800 square meters of casting workshop, 2,000 square meters of mechanical processing workshop and 1,100 square meters of warehouse. Moreover, the Foundry boasts a 5 ton/hour cupola, two sets of analyzer with molten iron characteristics, two sets of electric furnace, a large shot blast machine, and more than 30 CNC lathe. The foundry also has a fully-equipped physicochemical laboratory and a comprehensive quality inspection system. We got the quality control certificate of SGS ISO9001:2000 .With an annual output of over 7,000 tons of castings, the company mainly produces ductile iron (ASTM A 536 80-60-3, 80-55-6,70-50-5, 65-45-12) castings including series of fire hydrant parts, valve body and fittings, pipe and fittings, flange series £¬brake rotor, etc. and gray cast iron (ASTM A 126 ASTM A-48) castings including series of brake rotors, machine body and others. The products are mainly exported to the U.S., Japan, Canada, and other countries.
